Autana Authentic Venezuelan Food

“Autana” is one of the most outstanding “Tepuis” A Tepui is a table-top mountain or mesa found in the Guyana highlands of South America, especially in Venezuela and Western Guyana. The word Tepui means “house of the gods” in the native tongue of the Pemon, the indigenous people who inhabit the Gran Sabana.

Autana is a new proposal of authentic Venezuelan food from a family of restauranteurs who decided to select the most authentic dishes of Venezuela and turn them into an exquisite piece of art, combining authentic flavors with the families special gastronomic touch.
